By adding an aircraft to your account and submitting payment information on our Website, fltoptimizer.com, you are purchasing a subscription for services from Flight Optimizer, LLC (“Company,” “we”, or “us”) subject to the following terms and conditions:
In order to contract with us you must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The Company retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your account is accepted you will gain access to the services provided by the Company. When creating an account you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the services. All prices advertised are subject to change.
(a) Our Contract Upon the formation of your account, including verification of valid payment information, a contract for services will be formed between you and the Company. Only those services offered at the time of the formation of the account will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Subscription Payment On a monthly basis, the Company, through a third party credit card processing company, carries out an automatic charge on your payment card to provide services for the then current monthly term. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received, and the services of our website will then be available on the account for this current monthly term.
(c) Cancelation Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. If you terminate your subscription, such cancelation will take effect at the end of the then current monthly term. Access to and use of the site will be available until the end of such term. In the Company terminates your subscription, such cancelation will take effect at our discretion as soon as immediately and no later than the end of the then current monthly term.
